Ringacip Ciprofloxacin (as HCL) 125mg/5ml

    Cystic fibrosis 20 mg/kg (maximum 750 mg per dose) Every 12 hours 10 to 14 days
    Complicated UTI and pyelonephritis 10 -20 mg/kg (maximum 750 mg per dose) Every 12 hours 10 to 21 days
    Inhalation anthrax (post-exposure) 10 – 15 mg/kg (maximum 500 mg per dose) Every 12 hours 60 days
    Other severe infections 20 mg/kg (maximum 750 mg per dose) Every 12 hours According to the type of infections
  • Tap the bottle to loosen the powder. Add 25ml freshly boiled cool water with the help of measuring cup provided. Shake well to form uniform suspension. Keep reconstituted suspension refrigerated and use within 7 days after reconstitution. Do not freeze. Recap securely after use. For oral use only.

    • A history of hypersensitivity to ciprofloxacin or other quinolones, including nalidixic acid, or any of the excipients.
    • Concurrent administration of ciprofloxacin and tizanidine.
